PHILADELPHIA — A woman is suing Seth Hannah, Anthony Staffilino, Deborah Lorenze, Joseph M. Staffilino II and Brenda Lee Staffilino, vehicle owners and drivers, citing alleged negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Tina Lesko filed a complaint in August in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas against the defendants, alleging Seth Hannah and Anthony Staffilino failed to follow the rules of the road. The defendant removed the case to Philadelphia federal court on Sept. 13.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 30 she was asleep in her bed in her family home in Oakdale when defendants Seth Hannah and Anthony Staffilino negligently raced on the roadway and collided with one another, sending both cars flying into plaintiff's property.

Plaintiff's home was destroyed and she suffered depression, anxiety, insomnia and other psychological and mental anguish, the suit says.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all damages, plus costs and such other just and proper relief. She is represented by Robert King and Matthew Huffines of King and Huffines, Attorneys at Law in Conway.
