Security service alleges The Pennsylvanian breached contract

PITTSBURGH — A security service provider is suing 1100 Liberty Owner LLC, The Pennsylvanian owner, citing alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

St. Moritz Security Services Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 6 in the Allegheny County Courts of Common Pleas against 1100 Liberty Owner LLC, alleging The Pennsylvanian refused to make payments pursuant to the agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between June 22 and July 27, he provided security services to defendant's property known as The Pennsylvanian in Pittsburgh. To date, the amount of $165,804.63, remains unpaid. The plaintiff holds 1100 Liberty Owner LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the amounts due and owing.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $165,804.63, with interest, costs, attorney's fees and all other relief that is appropriate. It is represented by Marcus Fiscuss and Marlene N. Carlini of Fiscuss & Ball PC in Pittsburgh.
