Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Bree Archambault has joined the firm as a partner in its Business Department.
“We’re delighted to have Bree join our firm,” said Howard Vigderman, co-chair of Montgomery McCracken’s Business Department. “Bree is a highly-skilled corporate lawyer and her transactional experience will greatly strengthen our department’s existing capabilities.”
Archambault focuses her practice on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity and debt financing. She also advises private and public companies on corporate governance, compliance with the federal securities laws and exchange listing requirements, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Archambault was an attorney at a global law firm.
Archambault earned her J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. She received her B.A. degree from Harvard College.
