Mintz, who was recently elevated to of counsel in the Firm’s Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group, has been elected president of the Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter of the Turnaround Management Association ("TMA") for a one-year term. A longtime member of the chapter, Joe has also served on its board of directors as the vice president of programming and is a former chair of its NextGen Committee.
The TMA is the leading organization dedicated to turnaround management, corporate restructuring and distressed investing. Established in 1988, the association has more than 8,300 members in 56 chapters worldwide, including 32 in North America. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, investment bankers, and consultants, as well as academic, government, and judicial employees.
