PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia limited liability company alleges New Jersey entities and individuals failed to honor a 2017 agreement and owe more than $300,000.

Fast Advance Funding LLC filed a complaint on Feb. 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Structural Solutions of NJ LLC, SYAY Properties LLC, Shawn A. Yesko and Amy A. Yesko.

According to the complaint, on May 23, 2017, the plaintiff entered into an agreement with Structural Solutions of NJ in which the plaintiff purchased future receivables of the defendant company. The suit states Shawn Yesko acted as a guarantor for the agreement.

The Structural Solutions of NJ and Shawn Yesko, however, allegedly failed to tender payments to the plaintiff in accordance with the contract agreement, have blocked the plaintiff's access to purchased funds and failed to give the plaintiff true and accurate financial information. The plaintiff alleges the defendants have an obligation of $334,317.

The defendants are accused of unjust enrichment, breach of contract, mail and wire fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and fraudulent misrepresentation.

The plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Norman M. Valz in Blue Bell.
