PITTSBURGH — A man is suing the city of Pittsburgh, alleging that he was injured due to uneven pavement that he tripped on.

Bill Marshall filed a complaint in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas against City of Pittsburgh and Faros ACA Re LLC.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Dec. 11, 2018, when the plaintiff was at the defendant's facility and was caused to trip on an uneven sidewalk, resulting in serious damages to the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Marc I. Simon of Simon & Simon P.C. in Pittsburgh.
