PHILADELPHIA – A Texas couple allege the husband was injured in a Lester parking lot when he stepped into a pothole.

Christian Kaye and Nicole Kaye filed a complaint on May 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Colonial Airport Parking Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Christian Kaye was being transported by the defendant on May 13, 2017, to its parking lot. The suit states the plaintiff was discharged from the vehicle right by a pothole, and he stepped into the hole and injured himself.

The plaintiffs allege the defendants failed to maintain the property and failed to use reasonable means to protect Christian Kaye from the dangerous condition.

The plaintiffs are seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Peter K. Janczyk of Edelstein Martin & Nelson in Philadelphia.
