Holland & Knight issued the following announcement on July 11.
Holland & Knight represented Radiology Partners, the largest physician-led and physician-owned radiology practice in the United States, in its acquisition of New Jersey-based Radiology Affiliates Imaging, Inc. (RAI). This is Radiology Partners' first partnership in the Northeast. The deal was announced on June 27.
RAI is a 60-physician, sub-specialized radiology practice that has served New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware for more than 45 years.
With the addition of RAI, Radiology Partners now includes a clinical team of more than 1,350 radiologists in 21 states.
Holland & Knight partners Paul Jaskot and Maria Currier led the firm's representation of Radiology Partners with assistance from M&A associates Kendall Wilson, Meredith Jones and Gabriella Guariniello and healthcare associate Jenna Schapiro.
