Nathan Catanese, Associate in Clark Hill’s Tax and Estate Planning practice group, co-authored an article titled “No Restitution? No Tax Problem.” in the most recent issue of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers For The Defense quarterly. This explains which situations may allow for clients to have a statutory or contractual right to indemnification and when various payments may be deductible.
Catanese’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration, tax planning, nonprofit organizations, planned charitable giving, and business planning.
