Baughman, a partner with Pepper Hamilton and a co-chair of the firm's Higher Education and First Amendment and Newsroom practices, will be speaking at the PA House Judiciary Public Hearing on House Bill 95 and Senate Bill 95 Anti-SLAPP. The hearing will focus on House Bill 95 (Diamond) and Senate Bill 95 (Farnese/Argall) legislation that would add a provision to Title 42 to allow for a swift motion to dismiss a SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation).
