Ballard Spahr, LLP recently issued the following announcement.

A Ballard Spahr webinar on August 13, 2020

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM ET

This program will address the myriad of reasons why employees cannot or will not come to work during the COVID-19 pandemic, including disabilities, age, fear, anxiety, high-risk family members, commuting, pregnancy, etc. Although some employees may be willing to come back to work, they may be reluctant to play by the new rules, like wearing a mask or complying with social distance and reduced capacity requirements. Through a series of case studies, we will explore legal and public health guidance, including from the EEOC and CDC, and practical issues and solutions for employers struggling to balance operational needs with the health and safety of the workforce.
