PITTSBURGH - A Coraopolis man is facing a lawsuit from a plaintiff who allegedly sustained injuries in an ATV crash because of his reckless driving, according to documents filed in March in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Plaintiff Giovanni Gigliotti, also of Coraopolis, was riding on defendant Jarrod Cole Timulak's ATV in August 2020 at Timulak's property.

According to the suit, the defendant crashed the ATV after driving at a high rate of speed and in negligent patterns, in a manner that was noncompliant with ATV laws.

As a result of the crash, Gigliotti suffered a fracture mandible, fractured mastoid, fractured vertebra and other injuries, the suit says.

The plaintiff is seeking at least $35,000 in damages for his injuries in one count of negligence.

Gigliotti is represented by the Kurzweg Law Offices of Pittsburgh.
