Fox Rothschild LLP issued the following announcement on Nov. 18.
Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Louis Pellicori has been named the firm’s Chief Information Officer.
“Louis has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the technology sector and we are looking forward to a fresh perspective on how our technology can improve our client experience,” said Mark L. Morris, Fox’s Firmwide Managing Partner. “He has an impressive background and we are thrilled to welcome him to the team.”
Pellicori will lead the firm’s nationwide Information Services Department and will direct the development and implementation of firm’s information and technology systems to meet client needs.
“I have a ‘reimagine what is possible’ philosophy when it comes to technology. I am excited to work with Fox to find creative ways to advance and simplify technology systems both for the client and the attorney experience,” said Pellicori.
For nearly a decade prior to joining Fox, Pellicori was Managing Director and Chief Information and Technology Officer of Glenmede Trust Company, a prominent investment and wealth management firm. He also held senior technology roles at PNC Global Investment Servicing, BNY Mellon, UBS Financial Services, Sun National Bank, Alliance Consulting and Commerce National Bank.
While at Alliance Consulting, which had its headquarters at the time in the World Trade Center in New York, he served as National Practice Manager for Digital Intelligence and Enterprise Architecture. He was selected by the CEO and President of Alliance to lead all aspects of the business and technology recovery of the company during and after the events of September 11, 2001.
Pellicori earned an M.S. in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in business administration from Rutgers University. A leader in the industry, he is a frequent speaker on topics related to cybersecurity, digital innovation and data management. He was a finalist for the National CIO Award by InspireCIO in 2021 and a recipient of the ORBIE Corporate CIO of the Year Award in 2020.
