A knowledgeable panel will discuss evolving issues in intellectual property, including patent and trademark law basics, trademark exhaustion, patent exhaustion and cross-border issues. The program also will cover blockchain and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) as well as touching on decentralized autonomous organizations, a new form of corporate governance that relies on smart contracts and blockchain record keeping.
