Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Haley F. Warden-Rodgers to the Pittsburgh office as a partner in the Litigation Department.

“Haley joins us from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania where she served in the Appellate Division, arguing a broad range of criminal and civil matters in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit,” said Michael H. Syme, Fox’s Pittsburgh Office Managing Partner. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our growing roster of litigators in the Steel City.”

A commercial litigator, Warden-Rodgers’ private sector experience includes representing clients in state and federal courts and arbitrations, with a focus on high-stakes insurance coverage disputes.

During her time in the U.S. Attorney's Office, Warden-Rogers also served as the Special Emphasis Program Manager for the LGBT Program and as Civil Rights Coordinator, vetting and investigating claims of civil rights violations. Before that, she was an associate in Jones Day’s Pittsburgh office.

She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and her M.A. and B.A., cum laude, from Yale University.
