Professional Activity Profile, we highlight the service of Paul T. Rushton, the Chair of our Business & Finance Department, with the Closely Held Business Committee of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
The Closely Held Business Committee was formed for the purpose of assisting Pennsylvania lawyers in providing advice to closely held businesses concerning business and finance issues. To further such purpose, the Closely Held Business Committee produces educational materials and opportunities (including articles and seminars) for Pennsylvania practitioners that are focused on the impact of business and finance laws on closely held businesses.
In addition to serving as the Chair of the Committee, Paul has also prepared multiple articles and presented a number of seminars as part of the educational initiatives of the Committee.
