Adoption and reproductive law attorney Elizabeth Vaysman will be co-presenting at the PBI’s CLE, titled “Adoption & Family Building – Overview, Updates, and Best Practices in 2023” on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
This course will discuss adoption and pre-planning for adoptive parents, legal proceedings including representing birth parents and foster-to-adopt, special issues such as interstate adoptions, ICWA, foreign adoptions, and the most relevant cutting-edge issues like the impact of the Dobbs decision.
Liz is an adoption Fellow in the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA). She focuses her practice on all aspects of adoption and reproductive law matters in Southeast Pennsylvania and the Greater Philadelphia area. Liz represents clients in family building needs, consulting them on the legal process to review their options, and provides the next steps and referrals to begin.
