In the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, plaintiff Eden Laroque is suing defendant Danielle Edwards in a civil action complaint (Case ID: 52562). The lawsuit, filed by attorney Peter George Mylonas, pertains to an incident involving Edwards' dogs attacking Laroque on January 5, 2024.

The plaintiff, Eden Laroque, is a resident of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The defendant, Danielle Edwards, is believed to be a resident of Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania. According to the complaint, Edwards negligently and carelessly owned two dogs which Laroque believes are pit bulls.

On January 5, 2024, these dogs attacked and bit Laroque without provocation while he was delivering a door dash order at Edwards' residence. This resulted in severe and permanent bodily injuries and scarring for Laroque.

Laroque seeks judgment against Edwards for her negligence and recklessness in failing to control her dogs properly. He alleges that Edwards failed to leash her dogs or warn about their dangerous propensities to attack. He demands payment for his injuries and other expenses incurred due to the attack.
