Bria Flynn sues Alexis A. Ramirez for car accident due to alleged negligence

In the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County, plaintiff Bria Flynn has filed a civil action complaint against defendant Alexis A. Ramirez, with the case ID not provided and set for the term 2024. The lawsuit is about a car accident that allegedly occurred due to the negligence of Ramirez.

The incident took place on September 7, 2023, around 9:00 pm in East Lansdowne, PA. Flynn was driving a 2020 Kia Forte and was stopped at a stop sign when her vehicle was rear-ended by Ramirez's Toyota Camry.

Flynn alleges that the accident was solely caused by Ramirez's negligence and resulted in personal injuries to her including injuries to her neck, left shoulder, and back causing or aggravating cervical disc injuries with radiculopathy. The extent of these injuries is currently unknown but may be permanent with disabilities and loss.
