In the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, PA, plaintiffs Jacqueline Thompson and Barry Dorsey are suing defendants Jason Terzoglou and Peter Terzoglou. The lawsuit, represented by attorneys from Gibbons & Crichton, P.C., is a civil action complaint concerning a car accident that occurred on March 18, 2022.

The incident took place in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, where Thompson and Dorsey were rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Jason Terzoglou. The car was owned by Peter Terzoglou who allegedly gave consent to Jason for its operation. The plaintiffs claim they suffered serious permanent injuries or aggravations due to the collision.

The plaintiffs accuse the defendants of negligence which led to their injuries including neck injuries, back injuries, extremity injuries, bruises, post-traumatic anxiety and shock among others. They also claim that the extent and permanency of these injuries are yet unknown.
