Ali and Margaret Ouali sue Safeco Insurance for uninsured motorist benefits following a hit-and-run accident

In the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, plaintiffs Ali Ouali and Margaret Ouali have filed a lawsuit against Safeco Insurance Company. The case, bearing an unspecified ID, revolves around a motor vehicle accident that occurred on September 14, 2022.

The plaintiffs are represented by Murray L. Greenfield & Associates, with attorney Murray L. Greenfield leading the case. According to the court filing, Ali Ouali was driving on Market Street in Philadelphia County when his vehicle was rear-ended at a traffic signal by an unidentified driver who fled the scene.
