Diala Toure sues Brett Mackrell, Kelly Mackrell and Declan Sweeney McKeown for a car accident

The accident allegedly occurred due to negligence and carelessness on part of all defendants leading to severe injuries to Toure's neck, shoulders, back and extremities along with shock and injury to her nerves and nervous system.
