Maureen Holland will present “The New Title IX Regulations: A 360 View Through the Lens of Higher Education 2024,” a webinar hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Maureen will discuss the newly released Title IX regulations and the practical effect they will have on campus investigations and resolutions of reports of sexual harassment and misconduct. She will focus on institutional obligations and individual impacts while sharing an overview of the disciplinary process, from the initial report to the final determination and appeal. She will also highlight the impacts on the parties in these proceedings, including new procedural options and opportunities for informal or alternative resolutions.
