MEDIA - A technician performing a sleep study repeatedly touched his patient's penis and offered oral sex, a new lawsuit says.

A John Doe filed a lawsuit July 10 in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas against Taylor Hospital, Crozer Health, and Persante Health Care, Inc., alleging negligence and gross negligence.

The complaint alleges an incident on August 23, 2022, during which John Doe underwent a sleep study at Taylor Hospital's Sleep Center. Kenneth Williams, a polysomnographic technologist employed by the defendants, allegedly made inappropriate sexual advances towards Doe.

The lawsuit claims that Williams touched Doe inappropriately and later repeatedly propositioned him for oral sex, despite Doe's refusals.

Doe asserts that the hospital failed to supervise its staff adequately and protect patients from harm. The plaintiff seeks compensatory and punitive damages for emotional distress, pain, and suffering.

Gaetano D'Andrea of Laffey, Bucci, D'Andrea, Reich & Ryan represents the plaintiff.
