McNees Wallace & Nurick advised nationally recognized engineering and science firm ARM Group LLC in its recently announced acquisition of Taylor GeoServices (TGS), a renowned provider of environmental and geological consulting services.
Headquartered in Hershey, Pa., ARM Group is a full-service science and engineering consulting firm that employs over 200 people, specializing in environmental services, waste management engineering, geotechnical engineering, hydrogeology & water resources, electrical & mechanical engineering, automation & control systems, renewable energy, natural resources, geophysics, and shale resource development. TGS, based in Newtown Square, Pa., complements ARM Group’s suite of client services, including those in hydrogeology, environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, landfill services, public water supply, water resource studies, land planning assistance, GIS, geothermal, stormwater management and mapping services.
