Insurance Giant Sues Motorist Over Alleged Negligence in Costly Car Crash

State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company has filed a lawsuit against an individual over a motor vehicle accident, claiming negligence and seeking financial compensation. The complaint was filed by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas on June 8, 2023, naming Michael Salvitti as the defendant.

Additionally, they covered rental expenses totaling $146.38 incurred by Clements due to her inability to use her car after the accident. In totality, State Farm is seeking a judgment against Salvitti for $16,564.79 plus interest and costs associated with this claim.
