The Delaware County Court of Common Pleas reported the following activity in the suit brought by William L. Fulmer against Aaron Grimes on Dec. 31, 2024: 'Forthwith Summons Will Only Be Approved If A Plaintiff Can Demonstrate By Substantial Evidence That A Defendant/tenant Has Caused Substantial Or Irreparable Harm To The Plaitiff's Person Or Property As Required By 25 Del. C. § 5115. In Plaintiff's Request For A Forthwith Summons, Plaintiff Mentions That He "believes" Mr. Grimes Is Involved With Illegal Drugs And/Or Criminal Activity. A Copy Of A Police Report Was Submitted By Mr. Fulmer, But The Report Indicates There Is "no Known Suspects" Relating To Damage To The Residence.'.
