Vogelbacker is Chair of Eckert Seamans’ Intellectual Property practice and is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He focuses his practice on the full spectrum of intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark procurement in the U.S. and internationally, IP licensing and enforcement, infringement clearance, and trademark, copyright, and domain name dispute resolution. With a background in mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering, his technical proficiency spans medical equipment, consumer goods, power systems, product packaging, and precision light sources and measurement devices. Vogelbacker represents clients in a wide range of industries, including automotive, medical devices, optical measurement, and apparel.
Bell is based in the firm’s Buffalo and White Plains, New York offices, where she focuses her practice on intellectual property matters for U.S.-based and foreign-based companies and individuals. She has more than 30 years of experience working with clients to develop and manage trademark and domain name portfolios on a national and international basis, including developing brands, policing marks, and managing portfolios and registrations, as well as copyright registrations and portfolio management. With extensive experience in trademark portfolio work, Bell also advises clients on enforcement and infringement matters, litigating in U.S. Federal Courts, at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as managing and coordinating litigation with local counsel in jurisdictions outside the U.S. She advises clients in a broad range of industries, including software, insurance, entertainment, food service, fashion, hospitality, bakeries, consulting, aviation, construction, precious metal refining, and retail.
