Kathleen Vuocolo has filed a compelling lawsuit in the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, against Nikolaos Tsingas and others on February 25, 2025. The case centers around allegations of negligence leading to severe injuries suffered by Vuocolo due to hazardous conditions on a property managed by the defendants.

The plaintiff, Kathleen Vuocolo, claims that on January 1, 2024, she sustained serious injuries after tripping over defective patio tiles at a property located at 213 Hiawatha Lane, Drexel Hill, PA. She accuses the defendants—Nikolaos Tsingas and Vassiliki Tsingas—of failing to maintain safe premises and allowing dangerous conditions to persist. The complaint states that these conditions were known or should have been known by the defendants as potential hazards. Vuocolo alleges that this negligence resulted in significant physical harm including fractures in her feet and shoulder pain. "As a direct result of the defendants' negligence," the complaint reads, "the plaintiff has endured severe physical pain and mental anguish."

Vuocolo's lawsuit outlines several counts of negligence against each defendant. These include failing to repair hazardous conditions despite being aware of them and not warning visitors about potential dangers. Furthermore, Vuocolo argues that these failures led to her injuries which have caused her financial losses due to medical expenses and an inability to work. She seeks judgment exceeding $50,000 for each count from each defendant named in the lawsuit—Nikolaos Tsingas, Vassiliki Tsingas, and two unidentified parties referred to as John Doe I and II.

Represented by attorney Steven M. Levy from Lundy Law LLP based in Philadelphia, PA., Vuocolo is pursuing compensation for damages including medical costs incurred due to her injuries as well as future expenses related to ongoing treatment needs. Additionally, she requests pre- and post-judgment interest along with any other relief deemed appropriate by law.

This case will be heard under Judge Major Non-Jury with case ID number CV2025001645.
