Attorney General Michelle Henry is pleased to announce that the Office of Attorney General mailed checks totaling more than $800,000 to more than 250 Pennsylvania consumers who were evicted from homes or vacated them under unlawful “rent to own” contracts with Vision Property Management, pursuant to a consent decree with certain defendants approved by the Court earlier this year and a prior settlement with Archway Community Properties.
