PHILADELPHIA – Litigation between a Montgomery County law firm and a Connecticut insurance company for allegedly not rendering payment for its services on 27 different cases has been dismissed.
PHILADELPHIA – A federal judge has dismissed a motion for judgment on the pleadings in a tavern’s case against its insurance carrier for the time being, as the Court felt the motion invokes the rule against one-way intervention.
The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania reported the following activities in the suit brought by Noga Schechter against James Regenor, Legrand Richard Groves, Rapid Medical Parts Inc. and Veritx Corp. on Oct. 30.
