  According to the complaint, on April 10, 2017, plaintiffs' five-month-old infant, B.S., was under the care of defendant Julia Spencer at the Glenshaw Presbyterian Church Early Learning Center when the child was allegedly attacked, assaulted and abused, causing bruises on his neck and shoulder.
