SCRANTON – The Pike County District Attorney’s Office says the execution of a lawful search warrant is sufficient to dismiss civil rights violations claims from the parents of a man who committed a murderous attack against a Pennsylvania State Police barracks in 2014, for what they feel was an unlawful seizure of their cache of firearms.
PITTSBURGH – A former server at a Monroeville restaurant has hit back at her former place of business, charging their defamation case against her has no basis to include counts for both punitive damages and tortious interference.

PITTSBURGH – A 94 year-old local artist charges she was the victim of a vicious assault and battery by her home health care aide, and is suing both the health care company and the aide for damages.
PITTSBURGH – A Monroeville restaurant has filed a lawsuit against one of its former servers charging her with defamation, after her firing led her to allegedly begin a campaign of harming the reputation of the restaurant and its management.
