A judge in Centre County has approved of a stipulation that had been filed between The Second Mile, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and counsel for Jerry Sandusky’s sex-abuse victims that puts on hold any distribution of assets by The Second Mile pending the resolution of civil claims against Sandusky.
The Second Mile, the charity founded in the late 1970s by convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky, is agreeing to temporarily push back its plans to dissolve and transfer its assets to a Texas-based charitable organization.
