HARRISBURG – The Superior Court of Pennsylvania has overturned summary judgment for two companies sued over alleged asbestos exposure that possibly led to a man’s death.

HARRISBURG – On May 23, Chester Heights Mayor Stacey Smith lost her appeal in a defamation case against her filed by her campaign opponent when the Superior Court of Pennsylvania affirmed an overruling of her preliminary objections to the venue.

McSwain announced that Langhorne podiatrist Dr. Ronald Klein will pay $75,000 and stop prescribing Schedule II opioids, a class of controlled substances with a high potential for abuse, for two years to resolve allegations that he improperly prescribed opioids to one of his patients from October 2014 to October 2016.
