Lawyer, sick of neighbors, sues their landlord

PITTSBURGH — An attorney who owns property in Pittsburgh is alleging his neighbor is an "absentee landlord" who neglects her property and has nuisance tenants. John Renda filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Jun Minhee. Renda owns a residence on Maple Heights Court in Pittsburgh, according to his complaint.

Man sues vape shop after allegedly suffering burns from exploding lithium batteries

PITTSBURGH — A man is suing a Vapor shop in Blawnox after the lithium batteries he purchased at the store allegedly exploded in his pocket and caused him to suffer burns.

PHILADELPHIA – The Borough of Norwood argues it’s not responsible for an alleged $1 million lost by a Delaware County builder when it refused to approve development for 18 acres of land that the builder had purchased, saying that the planned development is forbidden by both federal and state law.
