The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania announced last week that Zane Tung Pham, 46, formerly of Conshohocken, PA, and now a California resident, was indicted with theft of trade secrets and wire fraud.
Pham was charged with stealing trade secrets regarding “pastes used in the manufacture of solar cells” from his former employer, which was not identified.
Pham could be sentenced to a maximum possible sentence of 160 years imprisonment, a $2.25 million fine and a special assessment of $900.
