PHILADELPHIA — Two former employees of a recreational vehicle company are suing their former employer over allegations of unpaid overtime.

Diane Squyres and Mario Sessanta filed a lawsuit on March 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Tilden Recreational Vehicles Inc., doing business as Boat N RV, citing alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act, and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Payment and Collection Law.

According to the complaint, Squyres began working as a dispatcher for the defendant in March 2013. She was promoted to the position of service advisor in August 2013, which she held until September 2015. Sessanta was employed as a service advisor from January 2014 until April 2015, the suit says.

The plaintiffs claim that they regularly worked hours in excess of 40 per workweek and did not receive proper overtime compensation. They aver that they have suffered extensively as a result.

Squyres and Sessanta seek damages for their alleged unpaid overtime compensation.
