Man says credit reporting agencies provided wrong information

PHILADELPHIA — A man is suing TransUnion LLC, Experian Information Solutions Inc., and Equifax Information Services LLC, consumer credit reporting agencies, citing alleged negligent misrepresentation.

Roger Glessner filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they reported inaccurate information regarding his credit history to third parties.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he has suffered damages in the form of loss of credit opportunity and damages to his credit history. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly  defendants allegedly reported information that had not been correctly updated.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages, statutory damages, punitive damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Mark D. Mailman and Geoffrey H. Baskerville of Francis & Mailman, P.C. in Philadelphia.
