PITTSBURGH — The federal government is suing Elisa J. Solomon, alleging unpaid debt.
The United States of America filed a complaint on Aug. 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Solomon, alleging that she failed to settle her debt to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered damages resulting from the unpaid debt. The plaintiff holds Solomon responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the principal amount of her debt plus interest to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks the sum of $2,029.24 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by John F. Kroto of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C. in Erie.
