Killion and Sons Well Service accused of wage law violation

PITTSBURGH — A man is suing his employer, Killion and Sons Well Service Inc.,, alleging violation of wage laws.

Timothy J. Terry filed a complaint on Sept. 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Killion and Sons Well Service Inc., alleging that the employer failed to properly compensate him for his work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he has worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for the alleged failure to pay a proper overtime premium.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment of wages, interest, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Samuel J. Pasquarelli of Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
