MGM Metal Erectors accused of not paying debt

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania business is suing MGM Metal Erectors Inc. and George A. Bauer, alleging breach of contract and unpaid debt.

United Rentals (North America) Inc. filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they refused to settle their debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered damages due to an unpaid balance owed to them. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff the balance due based on their agreement, despite repeated demands by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $47,185.08 plus late charges at 2 percent per month, attorney's costs of $11,796.25 and any other court costs. They are represented by Jay C. Scheinfield of Jay C. Scheinfield, Esquire in Havertown.
