PHILADELPHIA — A man is suing EF Hutton America Inc., f/k/a EFH Group Inc., f/k/a Twentyfour/seven EF Hutton Financial Corp., f/k/a EFH Financial Corp., and Christopher Daniels, citing alleged breach of contract.

Dennis R. White filed a complaint on Oct. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they breached their contract with the plaintiff by unilaterally changing the terms of his employment agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages resulting from the breach of agreement by his employer. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay fair wages and benefits to him according to their agreement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages that exceed $150,000, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by George Bochetto and Albert M. Belmont III of Bochetto & Lentz, P.C. in Philadelphia.
