PHILADELPHIA — A financial trustee is suing Huntington Valley resident Michael L. Sannuti, alleging breach of contract and unpaid debt.

U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as trustee for the registered Holders of CD2005-CD1 Commercial Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-CD1, acting by and through its Special Servicer, LNR Partners LLC, filed a complaint on Oct. 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Sannuti, alleging that he failed to settle his debt to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that a loan default led to financial damages. The plaintiff holds Sannuti responsible because he allegedly breached his contractual obligation by failing to pay back a loan.
