PITTSBURGH — A man is suing Vendomatic Inc., Barry John, Donald Goletz and Kenneth Recker, citing alleged breach of contract and violation of wage laws.
Edward Martin filed a complaint on Oct. 12 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to fairly compensate him as their employee.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages due to changes made to his employment package. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly changed his compensation package without informing him.
The plaintiff seeks unpaid wages, salary, bonuses, commission, benefits, liquidated damages and interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Robert W. Deer of Deer & Associates in Pittsburgh.
