HARRISBURG — A Texas corporation is suing Plastic World Recycling Inc., a Pennsylvania business, citing alleged breach of contract.
KMB Agro-Chemicals LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Plastic World Recycling Inc., alleging that the Pennsylvania business supplied goods that are severely contaminated, causing the plaintiff's products to be rejected by its customers.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that KMB Agro-Chemicals LLC suffered damages to its business as the result of its products being rejected by its customers. The plaintiff holds Plastic World Recycling Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly manufactured unsatisfactory products and caused additional transportation costs to the plaintiff by breaching its agreed time for loading.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks injunctive relief, all remedies, and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Timothy T. Stevens of Davison & McCarthy, P.C. in Allentown.
