PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Craig C. Kyllonen, a Nevada resident, alleging breach of contract.
GNC Franchising LLC and General Nutrition Corporation filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Kyllonen, alleging that the Nevada resident failed to make a payment based on their franchise agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that GNC Franchising LLC and General Nutrition Corporation suffered monetary damages to their business. The plaintiffs holds Kyllonen responsible because the defendant allegedly breached his contractual obligation to the plaintiff by failing to make payments for their franchise agreement, subleases, product sales agreements and guarantee.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek compensatory damages, liquidated damages, consequential damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Charles H. Saul of Margolis Edelstein in Pittsburgh.
