Deutsche Bank National Trust Company claims mortgage wasn't paid

PITTSBURGH — A financial institution is suing Stephanie Medlen and Matthew Haberstock, alleging breach of contract.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-9, filed a complaint on Oct. 27 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to make a payment on their mortgage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly allowed the mortgage to go into default.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $98,229.54 plus interest at $8.79 per day, late charges and court costs. It is represented by Robert W. Williams, Roger Fay and Bernadette Irace of Milstead & Associates, LLC in Marlton, New Jersey.
