PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania company is suing Yitchak Kadosh, Perfect Flooring of PGH LLC, Pittsburgh Floor & Tile LLC and Perfect Flooring & Total Handy Service LLC, alleging breach of contract, unfair competition and unjust enrichment.
Traffic Effect LLC filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they diverted internet traffic away from the domain perfectflooringllc.com.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Traffic Effect LLC suffered damages to its business as the result of a decrease in customers. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly engaging in a scheme to divert customers away from the plaintiff's business for their own benefit.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for the full and exclusive use of the domain perfectflooringpgh.com, an injunction against the defendant, an order to make a public announcement to customers of the defendant that the domain has been rightfully returned to the plaintiff, disgorgement any revenues and profits, and any further relief this court grants.
