Limbach Company blames insurers for alleged failure to indemnify

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania company is suing National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh PA and American Home Assurance Company, alleging breach of contract.

Limbach Company LLC filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh PA and American Home Assurance Company, alleging a failue to defend or indemnify the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages as a result of the defendants' actions. The plaintiff holds National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh PA and American Home Assurance Company responsible because of the defendants alleged failure to provide indemnity to the plaintiff as required by a policy.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks money damages, punitive or exemplary damages, injunctive relief, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Joseph L.
